Flat to choppy water, depending on wind strength. Lots of obstacles close to shore, be careful. No beach. Kitesurf lines can be set up on a grassy park. To enter and exit water you need booties to walk down boat ramp or over rocks. Fairly constant 15-20+ when it is blowing but watch the clouds for unexpected gusts from thunderstorms. Hurricanes and tropical storms send wind through from late summer through October. Hot and humid in the summer. Wetsuit in the winter time when cold air from the fronts blow through.
