Little Exuma / The Cut House

Ocean side chop and waves from wind/swell. Access, too, to Moriah and Crab Cays, with flat, shallow water. The beach is completely private - entry only through private residence. The beach is wide open and long, soft sand, some shells. Trees behind beach on the hill provide shade, breeze and BBQ pleasures. Predominant winds in winter/spring from the NE, unless cold front, then NW. Winds can be strong, 20-30+ kts, but typically 17-23 kts. Summer winds SE and lighter, between 12-16 kts. Best winds November to March, but very nice April and May. Summer (June/July/August) winds come up in the afternoon. Excellent weather throughout the year. In winter a shorty or thin wetsuit can be helpful on colder days. Water: Chop, Smallwave. Features: Rooms, Shower, Toilet. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
