Huge surfing beach, big waves depending on the Atlantic swell, but only the huge winter swells make it to this bay. Great flat areas in between the waves in the shallows to rip on. This spot offers everything, big waves, glassy flat water between waves, you can rip down the whole length of the beach. One of the favorite beaches in whole of UK. Watch out for the wreck at low tide. Please use the West end of the beach the other side of the stream. Incredible beach at least a couple miles long, fair walk to the water at low tide, high tide brings water right up to the dunes. So much space makes it incredibly safe. Very clean. Prevailing Southwesterlies make this spot good more often than not. A wetsuit is needed all year round accept possibly the height of summer. Water: Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave, Bigwave. Features: Shop, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
