Water is clean. Tide is starting to change every 6 hours. It's possible to ride perfect clean flat water for hundreds of meters as is protected by the wave breaker of the harbour. The beach is on its north side part of the waves breaker at the entrance of Fortaleza Harbour, on its south side it's white sand. Enough space to launch. It's possible to come back to the starting point but it's the perfect start for an about 3km downwinder until the beach of Iracema right in front, where the city is. Watch out for the wind generators. Change direction around 12 pm and a bit more about 3 pm. Wind is offshore to sideshore to sideonshore depending of the hour of day. Best winds from July to January. Sunny and windy. Water 29°C and air 32°C. Always season. Water: Flat, Chop. Features: Rescue, Parking. Rider ability: Expert.
