Flat water, small sand bar at low tide and mid tide. Clear and warm. Sand bar 3 miles out with no one around! Pretty good place because the wind direction doesn't matter. Best winds from October to July. Summer: afternoon thermals, winter: all fronts. Warm and sunny all year, wetsuit needed for cold North fronts during winter. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shop, Rescue, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
