Flat to choppy water. Big shallow area. The large shallow area only exists at or near low tide. There is no safe area for launching a kite except at or near low tide. There are razor shells and other hazards to a kite in the sand, which is only exposed at low tide. Best during spring and fall. All year round is possible, but in winter very cold with thick wetsuit. Summer shorty can be possible, normally a long wetsuit is very common. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
