On high tide Palleranda Beach is a kiteboarders dream, with the water only ever 1.5m deep for over one hundred meters out. There is only ever small waves due to the reef. Theres more than enough room to safely launch and land your kite. The beach is almost deserted with there being only really kiteboarders there at all. The beach itself consists mostly of coarse to fine sand, with there being a few shells. Generally 10-20 knots. Stinger suites are recommended during stinger season (November to May). Water temps are max. 28°C. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Camping, Shop, Shower, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
