The wind is offshore and because of a funnel effect, extra strong (add extra 5-10 knots, so if it's blowing 16 knots in Salamansa, it's going to be about 23 knots at Sao Pedro). Water: Flat. Features: Rooms, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
