Mostly Flat Water. This is an awesome location If the wind is 15+ kts and steady. Be careful of the little island as it creates a wind shadow. Technically you can ride here if the wind is ENE, but a bit turbulent as it passes over the land of the island - bring some 5m line extensions. But SE and 15+ steady this is spot is money. Water: Flat. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
