Vilu Reef

You can ride at any conditions. Waves are not that big. Mainly flat to choppy water. The beach is very nice at Vilu Reef. Mostly you will have to start your kite while standing in the water, as the beach is not very broad. Best place to start and ride is the eastern end of the island. If you are experienced you can also start in front of the surf station (a little tight to get out there). The wind can be up to 25 knots. The wind can come in the morning, getting light in the afternoon and getting strong again at around 5pm. Warm air and water all year round. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Rooms, School, Rescue, Shower, Toilet. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
