Great spot when the wind is on, flat to mild chop. Shallow to a few feet in places. Nice soft sand beach, limited space if beach is crowded with tourists. Nature preserve upwind and downwind creates great views. No other beaches to land at, must be able to come back to launch beach or else you end up in the mangroves. Best on a West or NW, generally a few days of wind a week during the season from October thru May. Wetsuit from December thru March then shorts the rest of the year. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
