From flat to medium waves. Long and wide, sandy beach. Harbour wall at the east end. Barletta has two nice beaches, one on Levante (south beach) and one on Poniente (north beach). The kite beach is "Ponente", nearly 3km of beach and large from 100m to 50m, only fine sand. Best during late spring to fall. May to September: 20-38°C, lycra. October to May: 5-20°C, wetsuit needed. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Rooms, School, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
