Flat to choppy water. Lots of swimmers in the water. Sandy bay. Lots of beach goers. Works only with West winds. Still gusty, but once you are outside the protected bay, the wind gets better. Surfable all year. Spring to fall no wetsuit needed but during winter. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Rooms, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
