Generally flat water. When the wind picks up, it gets choppy. No real beach, just grass. Enough space to launch and land. Good in westerlies or South winds. Easterlies will be very gusty. Generally gusty winds. But normally it works in almost all wind directions. Warm and nice in summer, only shorts needed with warm air. In spring and autumn a wetsuit is needed. Water: Flat, Chop. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
