Shallow water in the cove great to body drag or learn at. Wide open water outside of cove. Small rollers. Sand, small pebbles, grass and camping. M.M. Point is the best all around spot, has a new beach and a great cove to catch you if you get sucked down wind. South winds are the norm, gusty most of the time. 2 line kites and pulley bars don't work well here. 15-20 mph, a lot of days 25+ a few days 30+ mph. Best winds: mid March to mid June and September to October. Spring and fall you need a wetsuit, summer warm, winter drysuit. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
