Tidal beach. Kitesurfing is possible within 2 hours on either sides of high tide. Kitesurfers are few and far between. Beware of marine stingers during summer, kitesurf at your own risk. Best water activity is 3 hours before and after high tides, at low tide you can have a 2km walk out to the water. Conway Beach is a bay, there is a small rock wall (2m high) along the side of it. Good rigging area on the top of that wall. Once on the beach there is a small strip of soft sand with a bit of shells and drift wood then there is hard sand. The best wind condition is from late March to September when the Southeasterly trade winds kick in. Temps in the wet season: around 30-35°C. Temps in the dry season: around 20-25°C. Water temp: min. 20°C. and max. 29°C. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shop, Shower, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
