Flat to choppy water. Sandy beach. Situated in a natural reserve. Easy launch and kiting area. Many tourists during summer. The typical conditions throughout the summer are light winds in the morning, giving ideal conditions for learning to kite/windsurf. Then the wind will usually build to a steady force 3-5 in the afternoon. All winds pre-dominantly blow cross-shore, cross-onshore and on-shore, making for easy and safe free-riding conditions. It's also not uncommon for the mistral's to blow in, these occur throughout the season, causing the winds to strengthen over a three day period, the wind strength can rise to a force 7.
