Flat to choppy water. Very flat with westerly winds. Big shallow area. Sandy bay. Lots of space. Works in all wind directions. Perfectly flat water with West winds. All year round is possible, but in winter very cold with thick wetsuit. Summer shorty can be possible, normally a long wetsuit is very common. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Parking.
