High to medium tide is the best, always small chop but sometimes large. 80% of the time there is flat sections between waves. Fairly rocky area of sand, low tide can be spectacular but only when it doesn't go out too far. Water very shallow at low tide and very rocky, killer on the feet and bottom sometimes, if you're learning. During summer, 4 days out of 7 there will be a sea breeze. The sea breeze builds all day, hitting 15mph by 12pm, then 20mph by 2pm, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. Prevailing wind is SW (sideonshore from the right): 80% SW, 10% S, 10% W-NW. Air temp 15-35°C during summer, mainly 18-25°C. Water 10-15°C. Water: Chop, Smallwave. Features: Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
