Crowds are usually not to bad if you are willing to hike and the rangers are cool. Summer: light sideshore wind - 10 kts if you are lucky. Fall to spring: usually good wind when fronts come through but frequently offshore. You need a wetsuit and maybe a hood in winter. Water: Chop, Smallwave. Features: Camping, Shower, Toilet. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
