Ocean side: nice waves. River side: perfectly flat areas with lots of shallow water. Look out for the small boats. Huge beach on the ocean side and narrow on the lagoon side, but still lots of space. All directions work on this island. The water temperature is warm in summer June to August and you will need a 3.2 wetsuit in winter time. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop, Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: None. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
