Choppy to small waves with good wind. Shallow water for more than 200 meters. Tide is present, but not a factor. The beach is kilometers long and unpopulated in a gulf which also makes it very safe in case you loose your gear (you will always drift ashore). Plenty of space to launch. Beach is wide enough for launching even with high tide, some trees to pay attention to, but in general comfortable launches/recoveries. The beach just south of the jetty and is a very long stretch all ridable. 10 to 25 kts during monsoon season (November to March). Winds are sideonshore from the left. Kiting great for beginners to advanced with good wind up to 20 knots from 9am to 2pm. After that high probability of rain, after which, the wind dies. Sideonshore winds in 2 season: SW season (April to October (weak and not constant), NE season pretty reliable, consistency 13-20 kts specially between 10am and 3pm. Great weather all year around with temperature ranging from 29-32°C during the day and lows in the 24-25°C. A rash guard could be useful for sun protection and long rides. Water: Shallow, Chop, Smallwave. Features: Rooms. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
