Best winds from August until December. Winds from 15-30 knots. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but during windy season average 20 knots. Off season, when it is raining, expect 60% of days with kiteable winds. Warm all year, just shorts and sun protection. Rainy season from February until June. Water: Shallow, Flat. Features: None.
