Enough space to launch, trees and power lines close by. Launching is close to trees. Best to launch from the water. Best in a West. Northwest breeze can be gusty. With SW it's a little rough, staying upwind will be harder. Moderate temps, need to wear a wetsuit. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shower, Toilet. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
