Flat to choppy water. A mixture of sand and grass. Lots of space. Fairly constant 15-20+ when it is blowing but watch the clouds for unexpected gusts from thunderstorms. Hurricanes and tropical storms send wind through from late summer through October. Hot and humid in the summer. Wetsuit in the winter time when cold air from the fronts blow through. Water temps varies with the seasons. Very warm in the summer and cools off to wetsuit temperatures in winter. Water: Flat, Chop. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
