Flat shallow lagoons. Some Sandbanks. Some sting-rays and a few cobblers. Low tide ok for kite boarders. Several rigging areas. Windsurfer rigging opposite boat ramp. Kite rigging in fenced area 300 metres North of boat ramp areas. Lots of open, shallow, flat protected waterways. When wind really kicks in at Perth, Australind is good. Usually a few knots lighter than Perth. Needs strong sea breezes. Best times are November thru February/March with wind ranging from 15-25 knots. Water temp. is coolish and a wetsuit is recommended. A spring suit (short arms and legs) is adequate. December to February boardies and rashie with suffice, the water warms up a fair bit. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
