Water is generally flat (little waves). Murvagh is much flatter than any of the spots surrounding such as Rossnowlagh or Tullan Strand! When the tide is out it is waist deep for a couple of hundred meters. Very quiet long Westerly facing beach. The wind is fairly reliable, 10-30 knots. An onshore wind is a westerly wind and it is quiet common. Anything with a South in it is crossshore. Water: Shallow, Flat, Smallwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
