Flat water, shallow reefs, very clear. Support boats are recommended. Do not cross reef at low tide, use the gaps. A lot of reef and the beaches are covered by palm trees, white sand. The 2 times I have been to this island I had 6 out 9 days and 11 out of 13 on a 12m kite. The wind comes in mid morning and stay until dusk. You can be on the water for 6 hours at a time. The winds blow sideshore from the launch area and onshore towards the bottom of the bay. If you do get in trouble, you will come in on land. Basically do not go too far out. The 3 times I have been amount to 45 days, of which 9 were non kitable, and 5 of those were on the first trip. The water and air is warm all year round. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: Rooms, School, Repair, Rescue, Shower, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate.
