Choppy waters with occasional waves. Suitable for riders of all levels. No sand, just pebbles. Enough space for windsurfers, but limited space for kitesurfers. Lots of windsurf and kitesurf gear on the beach. And also many beachgoers to look out for. Many obstacles on the beach as well, like trees, hut etc. Not suited for beginners. Best time is June to September with steady NW or W winds. Constant thermal sideshore wind 'Mistral' with 15-25 knts. After August check the forecast for strong SE and NE winds. During summer the air temperatures are about 30°C and water is 24°C. Winter wetsuit needed. Season all year. Water: Chop, Smallwave. Features: Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
