Beautiful, clean waves from 0.5-3m. Flat water in between. Long, sandy beach. Lots of space. Rarely anyone around, only at weekends a few riders. Be aware that it is a nature reserve. In the low wind season (May to August) you find 15-25 knots. I would say about 70% of the time you find that wind, and another 30% you find 9-14 knots. It can be quite gusty - even sometimes dangerous because it speeds up very fast and gets unpredictable strong (that wind is called Paraca). Sunny all day. The spot is on the Peruvian coast which never exceeds 15°C of water temperature. So be sure to wear appropriate wetsuits. Water: Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
