Shallow and warm, perfect place for everyone. Shallow for a bit but does get deep as you venture out. Wide and long sandy beach. Lots of place for rigging and launching. Houses along the beach. From spring to fall the thermal wind out of South starts in the morning and is getting stronger during the day. During winter a strong, gusty wind (Poniente) blows from North. Usually a popular beach on a good day, most people go down in the afternoon for the sea breeze. Best wind is the SW (Lebeche); strong and consistent. Also works well with the E and NE wind as it accelarates against the hills. Could be gusty. Spain has a very nice climate all year. Warm and sunny from April to September and no need for a wetsuit. During winter a wetsuit is needed. Water: Shallow, Flat, Chop. Features: School, Shop, Repair, Rental, Rescue, Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
