Waves, small to medium. Can be crowded with surfers and swimmers. Long white beach. Sandy beach, with grassy area behind to clean up your gear. Good SSW wind from November to March. During the summer Perth gets the infamous "Fremantle Doctor" (the most consistent wind in the world), making it ideal kitesurfing conditions. It's just like clockwork, coming in between noon, and 3pm. Giving you somewhere between 15-25 knots (average) a day. You maybe able to get some days during the winter time, however with strong, gusty and squally winds. Summer: warm water, no wetsuit. Winter: cold water, long wetsuit. The weather ranges from hot in summer 42°C to mildly cold 4°C in winter. Summer starts in December and finishes in March. Water: Smallwave, Mediumwave. Features: Shower, Toilet, Food, Parking. Rider ability: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert.
