People are great. Wind blows almost all the time. Light SW wind in Captain Bay. Cold water. May to September ridable. Don't bother with the rest of the year. It is way too cold and stormy. Water: Chop. Features: Rooms, Camping, Food. Rider ability: Intermediate, Expert.
